A rare hybrid of technical precision and raw performance, Cam Burns is a vocalist, songwriter, and audio engineer whose sound is rooted in his Kansas upbringing and polished by the St. Louis music scene. A graduate of Webster University with degrees in both Sound Recording & Engineering and Songwriting, Cam bridges the gap between the science of sound and the art of storytelling.
Cam’s stage presence was forged early as a child actor, performing at iconic Kansas City landmarks like the Starlight Theatre and the Kauffman Center. That theatrical foundation, combined with his work as a freelance engineer and solo alt-pop artist, gives him a unique edge in the live environment. Since joining Eldraco + Free Nation as a backing vocalist in 2024, Cam has become an integral part of the group’s high-energy live experience.
